Now this week I'm going to plunge into the ultra-bait again. Not as far as 11, but close. I've been beating myself up lately for gazing at some 12-year-old celebs for the past year or so, Bella Thorne and Elle Fanning in particular. But this week, I'm giving into my desires! Now, Bella and Elle are now both 13, but there are many more ultra-bait celebs right behind them.
12 is actually legal in some parts of the world, including part of Mexico, from what I've read. I'm going to pretend I'm there, and so are the following five celebs.
I've posted this one already as a Bait Alert when she turned 12 last July, but now I'm swinging for the fence with her.
