Now this 11-year-old isn't very sexy on her own. But she is the younger sister of one very hot, slutty celeb. I hope there's something to the trend of the younger celeb-sis acting much worse (or better!) than her older celeb-sis. It's certainly true for Lyndsey and Ali, Jessica and Ashlee, and especially Britney and Jamie Lynn. Let's hope it's true for Miley and her little bra-flashing sister.
