I guess I'm that neighborhood perv scoping out the playground after all! Not really, of course. I just happened to see this hot young neighbor playing on our complex's swingset a few months ago and managed to get this shot without her noticing. I've seen her around for a while. I assume she's over 18, but you never know. JK! She's definitely well into her 20s. Don't call the cops!
