Book One: Final Post

As I sail off into the sunset, I'm posting an old favorite for the twelfth time. I'm going on hiatus now. My wedding day is one month from now, and yes, we're getting married the day after Christmas. Yes, I know it's nuts, but it wasn't my idea.

It is my idea to take a month off from this blog before my wedding out of respect for my fiancée, and not return to this blog for at least a month after the wedding out of respect for my new wife. Then we'll see what happens.

Many of you emailed and commented many questions and comments to me about me and this blog, and I'll answer in my own way below the fold. It's quite long, so read it only if you really want to. In any case, see you in two months! As for today:
